Saskatoon Office Recycles Bottles in Support of the Trust!

The Saskatoon, Saskatchewan office in Canada has been saving the bottles and cans in their office and bringing them to a recycle depot each month. The proceeds from the sales of the bottles have thus far generated over $200 for the Trust.

Abbotsford, Canada Office Holds Penny Drive for the Trust!

Many thanks to Linda Harrison, the receptionist in the Abbotsford office for so far raising $210.00 in pennies that have been collected from the office members! This will be an ongoing fundraising initiative for that office.

Melbourne Office Hosts Arts and Crafts Exhibition in Support of the Trust!

Many thanks to all the staff in the Melbourne office who participated in a recent Arts and Crafts Exhibition in support of the Trust. Staff were encouraged to provide their crafts to be available for purchase by fellow employees! A total of $371 was raised for the Trust.

Perth Office Hosts Mad Hat Morning Tea Fundraiser!

Many thanks to members of the Perth office for hosting a Mad Hat Morning Tea Party for the Trust! Staff members were invited to wear elaborately designed and engineered hats that were judged by a carefully selected committee and $300 in donations were gathered from the participants.

Aditya Jha was awarded the prize for the “Worst Hat” (his unanimously named “Pot Hat”) and Steve Fenton was awarded first prize for his creative and colourful hat. Special mention also went to the “Dish Hat” elegantly worn by Perry Dowd.

Tampa Office Hosts Olympics Fundraiser

Many thanks to Jeremy Brown and the employees of the Tampa office who participated in the “GTO 2008 Olympics Fundraiser” organized by the Tampa office.

Staff were invited to make a $5 contribution to participate and guess how many Gold medals the USA would win during the Olympics in Beijing. The tie-breaking question was “Which country will win the most medals and how many will they win?”

Thank you to the following winners, who graciously donated their winnings ($95) to the Trust:

  • 1st place David Witte
  • 2nd place Lisa Robinton
  • 3rd place Joe Krivanek / Karen Raihill
